A 20 A, two-pole molded case breaker with thermal-magnetic trip rated for 480 V AC and 250 V DC
The Eaton EHD2020 is a molded case circuit breaker rated at 20 amps with two poles for 480V AC systems. It uses thermal-magnetic trip technology with fixed instantaneous settings and a standard trip type. The unit carries an 18kA interrupting rating at 240V AC and supports DC voltages up to 250V. Load-side lug terminals simplify wiring in compatible enclosures.
This breaker fits Rockwell Automation enclosed control gear, Westinghouse switchboards and Eaton motor control centers where a 20A two-pole device is specified. It is not for installers who need adjustable instantaneous trip curves or higher interrupting capacities beyond the listed 18kA at 240V AC. Buyers requiring three-pole configurations or different ampere ratings must select another model.
The package provides the molded case unit with load-side lugs ready for conductor termination. No additional mounting hardware, shunt trips or auxiliary contacts are included. The fixed thermal-magnetic calibration means no field-adjustable accessories are required or supported for the trip settings of 10A low and 100A high.

| Brand name | EATON |
It is listed for use with Allen Bradley MCC, Eaton MCC, Rockwell Automation Enclosed Control, switchboard and Westinghouse equipment.
The breaker carries an 18 kA interrupting rating at 240 V AC and a 480 V AC voltage rating, so it can be applied on 240 V systems within that AIR.
The fixed instantaneous trip and adjustable range of 10 A to 100 A mean the breaker should open on sustained over-current above the dial setting and on short-circuit current per the 18 kA rating at 240 V AC.
