Junction-box installs only

Installers mounting the Smart Thermostat Essential directly over a junction or electrical box need this trim plate to complete the installation. It covers old wiring, paint imperfections, scuffs and gaps left by the previous thermostat. Buyers who are not using the Essential model or who are mounting on a flat surface without a junction box do not require this accessory.

Compact accessory dimensions
