Pre-cut half-pan parchment sheets

This pack contains 100 white sheets sized 12-3/16" by 16-3/8" to fit standard half sheet pans. Each sheet is coated with silicone on both sides for non-stick performance. The paper is fluorescent free, chlorine free and BPA free. It is supplied new in a single pack weighing 0.531 kilograms.

Check pan dimensions and heat needs

Verify that your baking pans match the 12 by 16 inch sheet size so the paper lies flat without curling. Confirm your recipes do not exceed the 450 degree heat limit stated for the material. Ensure you have storage space for 100 sheets in a dry environment.

Heat resistance and clean-up

The sheets withstand oven temperatures up to 450 degrees without tearing or soaking through. Oil-resistant and waterproof coating prevents sticking so baked goods release cleanly. Disposable design eliminates scrubbing and reduces washing-up time. Silicone coating on both sides supports even heat transfer during baking.
