Compact Portable Speaker

The Edifier ES20 is a compact portable speaker designed for listeners who want a small, rugged unit they can carry anywhere. It delivers 6 W RMS output from a 43 mm full-range driver supported by two 55 mm passive bass radiators.

Outdoor and Casual Listening

Suits buyers who need an IP67 rated speaker for poolside, beach or rainy day use and who value the 12 hour battery life for all day playback. Not for buyers who want more storage, who need a larger driver for higher output or who require a multi-room ecosystem.

IP67 Waterproof and Dustproof Rating

The single specification that decides fit is the IP67 rating, which guarantees full dust ingress protection and survival in one metre of water for thirty minutes. If the environment demands less protection, a lower rated speaker will suffice; if it demands more, this unit is not the right part.
