Two 1 kg spools of 1.75 mm PLA+ filament with ±0.02 mm accuracy for reliable FDM printing
ELEGOO PLA+ filament delivers improved impact strength and toughness compared with standard PLA, making it suitable for functional parts and durable models. The material is polylactic acid in a 1.75 mm diameter with a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.02 mm for consistent feeding. Two spools provide a total weight of 2.24 kilograms in white colour.
The filament prints at a recommended nozzle temperature of 200 to 230 °C, which reduces warping and shrinkage during normal use. Strong layer adhesion and a glossy surface finish contribute to reliable results without requiring an enclosed printer. The spools are fully dried and vacuum sealed to prevent moisture-related clogging or bubbling.
Each 1 kg spool is mechanically wound and manually inspected to minimise tangles, snaps and line breakage during printing. Universal compatibility covers most common 1.75 mm FDM printers including Neptune, Ender and Kobra series. The packaging protects the filament until it is loaded, supporting a smoother workflow for beginners and experienced users alike.

Mount each 1 kg spool on the holder, feed the filament through the guide tube, and preheat the nozzle to 200‑230 °C before inserting; the step often missed is allowing the nozzle to reach the full temperature range so the first layer adheres without clogging.
Store the spools in a dry box or resealable bag with desiccant; if the material absorbs moisture, dry it at a low temperature before printing again to prevent bubbles and clogging.
Printing near 230 °C can increase stringing and oozing on extended runs, so the practical limit is the nozzle temperature ceiling before surface quality degrades.
