Purple PLA filament on a 1 kg spool with ±0.02 mm diameter accuracy for reliable FDM printing
This 1 kg spool of purple polylactic acid filament is made for fused deposition modelling printers that accept 1.75 mm material. The dimensional accuracy is held to +/- 0.02 mm and the spool is vacuum sealed after drying to prevent moisture uptake. It is wound neatly to avoid tangles and feeds consistently on most common FDM machines including Neptune and Ender series. Beginners and experienced makers alike can start printing with minimal setup.
Spools that vary in diameter or have absorbed moisture cause clogging, bubbling and layer adhesion problems. This filament replaces those unreliable rolls with a product manufactured to +/- 0.02 mm tolerance and sealed dry, so the jump is worth it when failed prints waste time and material. The lower melting temperature of 190 to 230 °C reduces warp and shrinkage compared with higher temperature materials. Users printing at speeds up to 270 mm/s gain reliable extrusion without retuning the hot end.
A 1.12 kg gross weight spool yields roughly 1 kg of usable filament, enough for dozens of typical models printed at standard infill. Large single prints or extended production runs will exhaust the spool, requiring a changeover mid job. The recommended nozzle temperature range of 190 to 230 °C and printing speeds below 270 mm/s define the practical operating window; pushing beyond these limits risks under extrusion or poor layer bonding.

Yes, the 1.75 mm filament with ±0.02 mm accuracy works with most common FDM printers that accept 1.75 mm spools.
Start at 190–230 °C; many users begin near 200 °C and adjust in 5 °C steps until layers bond cleanly.
Keep it in a sealed bag with desiccant; the filament is vacuum-dried at the factory but absorbs humidity once opened.
