Everyday packaging for shipping rooms

These clear polypropylene bags measure 18 in long by 15 in wide with a 1.5 mil wall. A drawstring closure lets staff seal parcels quickly without tape or heat equipment. The flat-bottom design keeps items upright on conveyors and shelves. Each pack contains 1000 bags for high-volume fulfilment operations.

Lightweight material keeps handling easy

At 1.5 mil thickness the film adds minimal weight to shipments while resisting tears during normal sorting. Polypropylene construction produces little static cling so contents slide in and out smoothly. No hang hole means the bags stack flat in dispensers, reducing clutter at packing stations. FDA-compliant resin allows direct contact with approved food items.

Flat packs simplify storage and dispensing

Bags arrive in a flat-pack configuration that fits standard shelf depths and countertop holders. The drawstring pulls tight with one hand, leaving the other free to label or scan. White block panels provide a clean surface for marker notes or adhesive labels. Clear film lets inspectors verify contents without opening the bag.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the drawstring bag so it stays closed?

Pull both drawstring cords evenly until the top gathers tight, then tie a single knot; the 1.5 mil polypropylene holds the knot without slipping.

When should I replace a bag instead of reusing it?

Replace it if the drawstring frays, the flat bottom develops pin-holes, or the clear film clouds so contents can’t be identified.

What weight limit should I respect during repeated packing cycles?

The 1.5 mil film and drawstring closure are rated for light-duty loads; exceeding roughly 5 lb per bag causes the seal to loosen first.
