9 x 12 Catalog Envelopes for High-Volume Mailing

These open-end catalog envelopes measure 9 by 12 inches and come in a box of 500. The 25 lb layered white paper-poly-paper construction provides a smooth finish for professional correspondence. A center-seam design with no window suits bulk document insertion. The peel-and-seal Kwik-Tak flap closes quickly without moisture.

25 lb Construction Handles Multi-Page Documents

The 25 lb stock supports typical catalogs, reports and multi-page inserts without tearing. The poly layer adds moisture resistance for transit protection. At 500 envelopes per box the supply covers extended mailing campaigns. Heavier bound books or rigid objects exceed the flexible paper structure.

Replaces Moisture-Activated Gummed Envelopes

The peel-and-seal closure replaces traditional gummed flaps that require wetting and drying time. The switch is worthwhile when processing hundreds of pieces per session because each seal takes seconds. Offices sending only occasional single letters gain less efficiency from the upgrade.

Questions about this item

Will the 9 x 12 envelope fit standard A4 documents without folding?

The 9 x 12 size is slightly narrower and shorter than A4, so A4 sheets would need to be folded to fit inside.

How can I verify the peel-and-seal adhesive activates correctly on the first envelope?

Press the flap firmly along the centre seam; the Kwik-Tak adhesive bonds instantly without moisture, giving a secure seal you can feel and hear.

Does the box of 500 contain any inner packs or must I buy a separate dispenser?

The box holds 500 loose envelopes with no inner wrapping; no dispenser is included or required.
