Audio performance and power

A 5W speaker delivers peak audio output of 89dB at 0.5 metres with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 75dB. Connectivity and placement

The device measures 130mm by 130mm by 36mm and weighs 297g, making it easy to position on any meeting table. It connects via USB-C cable, Bluetooth 5.3 with a range up to 20 metres, or a 3.5mm jack, and includes a USB-C to C cable plus a C-A adapter. Compatibility spans Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, with firmware and settings managed through the EMEETLINK application.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the OfficeCore Luna Plus to my laptop, and which port do people often plug into the wrong side?

Use the supplied USB-C-to-C cable or the C-A adapter for a wired link; the laptop end must go into a USB-C or USB-A port on the computer, not the device's own USB-C socket.

What will need replacing after a few years of daily meetings?

The built-in 2600mAh lithium-ion battery is not user-replaceable; when its capacity drops below useful talk time the whole unit must be swapped.

At what participant count does a single unit stop covering everyone clearly?

Voice pickup is rated for up to 10 people; beyond that you must daisy-chain a second Luna Plus to reach the 18-person limit.
