EN-Labs M.2 2280 NVMe Heatsink with 2 Copper Pipes & 14.8 W/k Pads

M.2 2280 NVMe Heatsink with Copper Pipes

The EN-Labs aluminium heatsink fits the 2280 form factor and uses two 6 mm pure copper heat pipes. Two 14.8 W/k thermal silicone pads are included for direct contact with the controller and NAND. The grooved fin structure expands the dissipation area to lower drive temperatures by up to 10 °C.

Suits standard M.2 2280 SSDs.

Builders with a standard 2280 NVMe SSD gain a simple drop-in cooler that works on single-sided and double-sided boards. The kit is also listed as compatible with the PS5 expansion slot. Buyers using 2230, 2242 or 2260 length drives cannot mount this heatsink.

Thermal pads rated at 14.8 W/k

The included silicone pads provide a thermal conductivity of 14.8 W/k, which is the key figure that determines how efficiently heat moves from the SSD into the copper pipes and aluminium fins.
