SATA-powered hub expands one PWM header to ten fan channels, supplied as a two-pack
This two-pack of EN-Labs PWM hubs expands a single motherboard 4-pin header to ten channels each. Designed for 12 V fans, the hubs support both 3-pin and 4-pin connectors and are widely used in PC water-cooling systems. Each unit includes a PWM cable and EVA double-sided adhesive for chassis mounting.
The hubs draw power from a SATA connector, removing load from the motherboard header. Only the channel marked 'CPU Fan' passes an RPM signal back to the board, so the first fan should be connected there. Four-pin fans retain automatic speed regulation while 3-pin fans run at full speed.
Each splitter provides ten fan channels, giving twenty total across the pack. This capacity suits builds that need many fans but have limited motherboard headers. Builders requiring more than ten fans per header cannot use this product.

Connect the hub's PWM header to a motherboard 4-pin header using the included cable, plug up to 10 fans into the hub, then attach the SATA power connector; the step often missed is placing the first fan on the port marked CPU Fan so its RPM signal reaches the board.
No scheduled maintenance is required; if a fan fails or a connector loosens, reseat the fan plug or replace the fan — the hub itself has no moving parts or serviceable components.
The single SATA power connector and the motherboard header's current rating limit total fan draw; the hub supports up to 10 fans but cannot exceed the power available from that one SATA lead.
