Together they target fingers, hands and forearms for strength, rehabilitation and stress relief. The set is made from plastic in yellow and black and is supplied new.

Suits varied users, not specialists

Adjustable resistance from 10 to 132 lbs lets beginners and advanced users progress at their own pace. The kit serves fitness enthusiasts, athletes, rehab patients, gamers, musicians and older adults seeking better dexterity. Buyers who want a dedicated grip tester or a single fixed-resistance tool should look at something else.

Check your needs before ordering

Verify that an adjustable range of 10 to 132 lbs matches your current strength level and training goals. Ensure you are comfortable using plastic grips and rings for repeated squeezing and stretching. Confirm the six-piece selection covers the exercise variety you want without needing extra accessories.
