SKU CH-Y18M-ZKGCE MPN ENH500AXKIT

Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 outdoor wireless bridge kit delivering 1.17 Gbit/s throughput for point-to-point links between buildings

  • Wi-Fi 6 bridge links buildings without fibre cost
  • 17 Gbit/s throughput handles 8K video and heavy traffic
  • 11ax 2x2 outdoor radio extends range in point-to-point deployments
  • Dual-band operation supports high-density Wi-Fi performance across large properties
  • New Wi-Fi 6 technology increases efficiency over older standards

Outdoor Wi‑Fi 6 bridge kit

The EnGenius ENH500AXKIT pairs two 5 GHz Wi‑Fi 6 radios to create a high‑throughput wireless link between buildings or across large outdoor sites. It targets installers and property owners who need a fibre‑free backbone for cameras, access points or remote offices. The kit ships pre‑configured for point‑to‑point or point‑to‑multipoint deployment.

1.17 Gbit/s aggregate throughput

The dual‑band 2×2 radios deliver up to 1.17 Gbit/s of combined capacity, supporting 8K ultra‑HD video streams and heavy multi‑application traffic over long distances. Performance scales with clear line‑of‑sight and channel width; obstructions, interference or client density will reduce real‑world throughput.

Pre‑paired kit simplifies deployment

Two matched units arrive ready to adopt, cutting configuration time for bridge or mesh topologies. The bundle includes mounting hardware and PoE injectors so each node powers over a single Ethernet cable. No additional controller hardware or software licences are required for basic operation.

Questions about this item

Can the 500 mW output of the ENH500AXKIT bridge connect reliably to my older 802.11n outdoor access point?

The bridge operates on 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) only; it will not associate with legacy 802.11n gear that lacks 5 GHz ax support.

How do I verify the 1.17 Gbit/s link is performing as expected after mounting the pair?

Log into the EnGenius management interface and check the real-time throughput and signal-strength graphs on the dashboard.

Does the kit include PoE injectors and mounting brackets, or must I source them separately?

The package contains two wireless bridge units, mounting hardware and PoE injectors; no extra items are required for a basic point-to-point link.
