Dual-band WiFi6 access point

The EnGenius EWS356FIT is an indoor wireless access point built for WiFi6 networks. It delivers a combined data rate of 1.73 Gbit/s across two bands, with the 2.4 GHz radio reaching up to 574 Mbps. The unit is managed through the EnGenius Fit cloud platform for centralised configuration and monitoring. It suits small offices, retail spaces or branch locations needing reliable indoor coverage.

Cloud-managed indoor mounting

The device is designed for ceiling or wall installation inside a building. Its housing meets indoor commercial requirements without exposed antennas. Power is supplied via Power over Ethernet, so a single cable handles both data and power, reducing cabling work. The cloud dashboard lets administrators update firmware, adjust RF settings and view client health remotely without on-site visits.

Check PoE budget and management needs

Before ordering, verify that your switch or injector can deliver the PoE class required by this access point. Confirm that the EnGenius Fit cloud platform matches your management preferences, as the AP relies on it for setup and ongoing control. Ensure the mounting surface can support the unit and that Ethernet cabling reaches the planned location.
