Setting up and common issues

Charge the lithium-polymer cell for about two hours before first use, then press and hold the button to power on. Pair with the Runmefit app over Bluetooth to sync time and enable notifications; if the link drops, consult the in-app FAQ. Blood-pressure readings require the feature to be downloaded and enabled inside the app before they appear.

Limits of the IP68 rating and connectivity

IP68 protection covers hand-washing and swimming, yet the maker advises against prolonged soaking, hot baths or saunas. Connected GPS relies on a paired smartphone, so outdoor pace and route data are unavailable when the phone is left behind. The 0.96-inch display shows alerts but cannot reply to messages.
