Desk phone for multi-line offices

The ENVEL VoIP phone supports 16 SIP lines and shows call details on a 3.5 inch colour screen. A second 2.4 inch colour side display keeps DSS keys visible at all times. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports connect the handset and a PC through one cable run. Power is supplied via PoE so no separate adapter is required.

Suits teams that handle many simultaneous calls

Receptionists, call-centre agents and managers who monitor several extensions will benefit from the line capacity and dedicated side keys. Users who need wireless freedom or a built-in battery should consider other models because this unit is corded and relies on wired power.

Fits a PoE-enabled network drop

Connect the phone to a PoE switch or injector and link a computer to the second port to share the drop. The Harman speaker and wideband codec G. 722 plus Opus deliver clear audio for conference calls. An EHS headset, Wi-Fi dongle or Bluetooth headset can be added later for extra flexibility.

Questions about this item

Does the phone need an external power adapter or can it run from a PoE switch?

The phone supports PoE so it can be powered directly from a PoE-enabled switch; the power adapter is not included in the box.

Can I keep my existing EHS headset and Wi-Fi dongle when moving to this phone?

Yes, the phone works with EHS headsets via an EHS cable and accepts a Wi-Fi dongle for wireless connectivity.

How do I verify the phone is delivering HD audio once it is configured?

Confirm the active call uses the G.722 or Opus codec; the Harman speaker will then reproduce wideband HD audio.
