Questions about this item

How often will the ear cushions on the EPOS 1000209 need replacing?

The circumaural ear cushions on this over-the-head headset are replaceable; swap them when the leatherette shows wear or the foam no longer seals against your ears.

What limits continuous all-day use of the EPOS 1000209?

Battery runtime is the first limit; when the charge runs low you can keep working by plugging in the USB cable or switching to the 3.5 mm jack for passive audio.

How much heat or noise does the EPOS 1000209 produce during long calls?

The headset itself generates negligible heat and no audible fan noise; only the ANC circuitry adds a faint hiss that most users do not notice in normal office environments.
