Ergotron WorkFit-S dual workstation

This sit-stand attachment clamps to the front edge of a desk and lifts a complete workstation in one motion. It holds two displays on independent pivots plus a large drop-down keyboard tray with back-tilt. The white aluminum and steel finish suits office or home environments. Buyers who need a freestanding desk or a wall-mounted arm should look elsewhere.

Installation checks before ordering

Verify the mounting surface is thick enough for the front clamp and that the desk edge is accessible. Measure cable runs from your PC to the raised position; extra-long cables may be required to span the full height range. Confirm the combined weight of your monitors and accessories stays within the unit's rated capacity. Builders with very shallow desks or glass tops should check clamp compatibility carefully.

Thermals noise and power

The mechanism uses a counterbalanced spring lift with no motors, fans or electrical supply, so it adds zero heat and zero noise to the room. No power outlet is needed and there are no moving parts that generate vibration. The worksurface and tray remain stable throughout the travel range. Users who want motorised height presets or integrated cable management channels will not find them here.

Questions about this item

Does the WorkFit-S 33-349-211 include everything needed to mount dual monitors and a keyboard, or must I buy extra brackets?

The box contains the height-adjustment column, front desk clamp, crossbar, two LCD pivots, a worksurface and a large keyboard tray, so dual monitors and keyboard mount directly without extra parts.

How do I decide between the front-clamp and other mounting styles for the 33-349-211?

The front surface-mount clamp is designed for desks that sit flush against a wall or have shallow depth, letting the workstation attach at the front edge without needing rear clearance.

The manufacturer highlights its bestselling design as the most stable ergonomic solution, keeping the full workstation steady through the full sit-to-stand range.
