8-Pocket Wire-Bound Folder

This eight-pocket folder uses a wire binding to hold up to 200 sheets of letter-size paper. Assorted colours make it easy to separate projects or subjects at a glance. It is sold as a single unit for individual use.

Thermals, noise and power draw

As a passive paper organiser the folder generates no heat, produces no noise and draws no power during normal use. It simply stores documents without any electrical or mechanical operation.

Questions about this item

How do I add pages to the wire-bound 8-pocket folder without tearing the pockets?

Open the wire binding fully, slide each sheet into the correct pocket from the top edge, then close the binding; forcing pages through a partially opened wire is the step that rips the pocket seams.

When will the wire binding or pocket edges need replacement on the 200-sheet capacity folder?

Replace the folder when the wire binding no longer closes tightly or when pocket edges fray enough to catch documents; with regular office use this typically occurs after several years of daily filling to the 200-sheet limit.
