Essendant GEN1606 Dispenser

The Essendant GEN1606 is a centre-pull towel dispenser designed for commercial washrooms and shared workplace areas. It accepts standard centre-pull rolls and delivers single-sheet dispensing to reduce cross-contamination. Facilities managers and cleaning staff will find it suited to medium-traffic environments.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The mechanism feeds towels from the centre of the roll, keeping the supply protected from splashes and handling during busy periods. A transparent cover allows quick visual checks so refills can be planned before the roll runs out. The durable plastic housing resists daily wear without requiring frequent maintenance.

Replacement Context

This unit replaces older fold-towel or lever-roll dispensers that expose paper to air and contact. The upgrade is worth it when a facility wants to cut waste, improve hygiene and simplify restocking routines. It is not suited to locations that require high-capacity jumbo rolls or hands-free sensor operation.
