This converter accepts Bluetooth 5.0, Toslink optical and USB flash-drive inputs, then outputs stereo analogue audio through both a 3.5 mm jack and RCA L/R sockets. Plug in, pair and play

Power comes from the supplied USB cable so no separate mains adapter is needed. Pair a phone or tablet via Bluetooth 5.0, insert a USB drive formatted with MP3, WAV, APE, FLAC or WMA files, or feed a PCM/LPCM optical signal from a disc player or console. The infrared remote lets you switch sources and control USB playback without leaving your seat.

Optical input limited to PCM stereo

The Toslink port only accepts two-channel PCM or LPCM at 32, 44.1, 48, 96 or 192 kHz; it will not decode Dolby Digital, DTS or multichannel bitstreams. Bluetooth 5.0 bandwidth and codec support restrict wireless quality to standard A2DP stereo. The headphone amplifier delivers 125 mW per channel into 32 ohms and suits headphones from 16 to 300 ohms, but it cannot drive very low-impedance or high-power models.
