Share four USB 2.0 peripherals between two computers with a single button press, no driver installation, and an optional micro-USB power port for stable connections with hard drives and SSDs
This ESTONE KVM switch lets two computers share four USB 2.0 peripherals with a single button press. No driver installation is required for compatible operating systems. LED indicators show the active system at a glance. The unit draws power from the USB bus and includes an optional micro-USB port for a standard 5V adapter when high-draw devices are connected.
Users who need to switch keyboards, mice, storage drives or other USB 2.0 accessories between two PCs or Macs will find this switch simple and reliable. It is not suited for anyone requiring USB 3.x or USB4 bandwidth, video switching, audio routing, or automatic peripheral handoff without pressing the button.
The defining specification is the 2-to-4 topology: two host ports and four shared device ports operating at USB 2.0 speeds. If your workflow demands more than two connected computers, more than four shared peripherals, or faster transfer rates, this model does not meet that requirement.

The switch provides four USB 2.0 ports, letting you attach up to four peripherals such as a printer, scanner, keyboard, mouse or flash drive and toggle them between the two connected systems.
The link runs at USB 2.0 rates, so data moves at up to the standard 2.0 throughput; large files will take longer to copy than they would on a faster interface.
It draws power from the USB bus, but a micro-USB port is available for an optional 5 V adapter if you connect power-hungry devices such as portable hard drives or SSDs.
