Connects a DisplayPort 1.4 source to a DisplayPort 1.4 display at up to 8K 60 Hz or 4K 144 Hz over 6.6 ft with 32.4 Gbps bandwidth
The ESTONE DP28 is a DisplayPort 1.4 to DisplayPort 1.4 male-to-male cable measuring 6.6 ft. It carries up to 32.4 Gbps bandwidth and supports 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz. The hybrid construction uses four pure glass fibres plus oxygen-free copper with triple shielding and 24K gold-plated connectors under a TPE jacket rated for 30000 bends.
Verify that both your graphics card and monitor have full-size DisplayPort 1.4 ports and that the 6.6 ft length reaches between them without strain. The cable is backward compatible with DisplayPort 1.3 and 1.2, but those older ports will limit you to their maximum resolutions and refresh rates. Ensure your GPU drivers and monitor firmware are current so DSC 1.2 compression can activate at the highest modes.
This cable replaces any DisplayPort 1.2 or earlier link that caps at 4K 60 Hz or lower bandwidth. The jump is worth it when you move to an 8K 60 Hz panel, a 4K 144 Hz gaming monitor or a 2K 240 Hz display and need the full 32.4 Gbps HBR3 pipe with HDR10 and HDCP 2.2 support. If your current hardware tops out at 1080p or 4K 60 Hz, the extra headroom will stay unused until you upgrade the endpoints.

The box contains a single 6.6 ft DisplayPort 1.4 male-to-male cable with 24K gold-plated connectors and a nylon braided jacket. No additional adapters are required for a standard DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort connection.
The 6.6 ft DP28 model is rated for 32.4 Gbps bandwidth and supports 4K at 144 Hz, 8K at 60 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz, making it suitable for high-refresh gaming at that length.
It enables the full DisplayPort 1.4 HBR3 link so your GPU can drive 7680×4320 at 60 Hz or 3840×2160 at 144 Hz with HDR10 and DSC 1.2, provided both source and display support those modes.
