Product Overview

This ESTONE Essager CGA7A USB-C cable delivers up to 80W power with a built-in Emarker chip for PD fast charging. The 1m blue cord features a USB-A to USB-C connector and supports 480Mbps data transfer. An aluminum alloy shell and nylon braid provide durability tested to over 30,000 bends.

Compatibility Notes

The cable suits owners of USB-C phones, tablets, laptops and consoles such as MacBook, iPad Pro, Galaxy, Pixel and Switch who have an 80W USB-C wall charger. Buyers without a high-wattage PD charger or those needing longer reach than 1m should consider other options.

Installation & Pitfalls

Simply plug the USB-A end into a charger or port and the USB-C end into the device; no drivers are required. Fast charging only activates when the power source supports 80W PD output. The fixed 1m length may limit placement flexibility on some desks or bedside setups.

Questions about this item

What charger do I need to get the 80W speed from this USB-A to USB-C cable?

You need a USB-C wall charger that can deliver 80W of power; the cable itself supports up to 7A and has a built-in E-Marker chip for PD negotiation.

Will this cable work with the USB-A ports on my older laptop or power bank?

Yes, the USB-A connector plugs into any standard USB-A port, but the 80W fast charge only activates when the source also supports USB Power Delivery at that level.

How can I confirm the cable is delivering fast charge after I plug it in?

Your device should show a fast-charging indicator and reach roughly 80% in 30 minutes when paired with an 80W PD charger.
