HDMI ARC Audio Extractor

This ESTONE adapter extracts audio from a television HDMI ARC port and converts it to optical, coaxial and 3.5 mm analogue outputs. It is intended for viewers who want to connect a soundbar, home-theatre receiver or headphones to a TV that lacks direct analogue or digital audio outputs. The unit requires a TV with an ARC-enabled HDMI socket to function.

192 kHz Sampling Rate Support

The converter handles 32, 44.1, 48, 96 and 192 kHz sampling rates over its digital outputs. Optical and coaxial connections carry up to 5.1-channel audio and remain backward compatible with 2.0-channel sources, while the 3.5 mm jack is limited to 2.0-channel PCM/LPCM only. CEC control is not supported, so TV remote volume commands will not pass through.

Sustained Operation With Passive Cooling

An aluminium alloy chassis dissipates heat without a fan, allowing continuous use during long viewing sessions. High-end signal-processing chips provide noise reduction and automatic signal muting to maintain clean output when the source pauses or switches formats. The device draws power from an included USB-C cable and starts automatically once powered.

Questions about this item

What does the 192 kHz sampling rate mean for my soundbar or amplifier?

The extractor can pass audio at 32, 44.1, 48, 96 and 192 kHz, so high-resolution stereo or multi-channel streams from the TV’s ARC port reach your soundbar, AV receiver or headphones without down-sampling.

Which audio formats does the HDMI ARC connection actually support on each output?

Optical and coaxial carry up to 5.1-channel audio and are backward compatible with 2.0-channel; the 3.5 mm jack is limited to 2.0-channel PCM/LPCM only.

What do I need to mount or power this extractor near my TV?

The aluminium-alloy unit is powered by the included USB Type-C cable, so you only need a nearby USB port or 5 V charger and a short HDMI cable from the TV’s ARC socket.
