Bidirectional HDMI 2.1 Switch

This compact selector works as a 2-in-1-out switch or a 1-in-2-out splitter. It connects two source devices to one display or routes a single source between two screens. Gamers and multi-device owners can toggle inputs or outputs with a single button press, avoiding wear on HDMI ports.

48 Gbps bandwidth ceiling

The HDMI 2.1 interface tops out at 48 Gbps, which caps the maximum uncompressed signal the unit can pass. Cables, sources and displays must all meet the same specification to reach the highest modes. Older HDMI revisions will still function but at their native lower limits.

8K 60 Hz and 4K 120 Hz headroom

The switch comfortably handles 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz or 144 Hz for high-refresh gaming. It also supports 1080p at 240 Hz for competitive play. Only one output is active at a time, so dual simultaneous display is not possible.

Questions about this item

Should I use the 2-in-1-out or 1-in-2-out mode for my setup?

Choose 2-in-1-out when you have two sources such as a PS5 and Xbox and one TV; choose 1-in-2-out when you have one source and want to toggle between two displays, one at a time.

Will the 48Gbps bandwidth actually deliver 4K at 120Hz on my console?

Yes, the switch passes the full 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 link so 4K at 120Hz reaches the display provided your cables, source and screen all support that rate.

Does the HDMI 2.1 interface with HDCP 2.3 limit any protected content?

HDCP 2.3 is the current copy-protection standard for 8K and 4K 120Hz streams, so protected movies and games pass through without downgrade.
