This ESTONE adapter converts a digital HDMI signal into analogue YPbPr component video with stereo R/L audio. It is designed for users who need to connect modern HDMI sources such as game consoles, streaming sticks or laptops to displays or capture devices that only accept component inputs. The unit requires the included 5V DC power supply to operate. It does not function in reverse and cannot convert component signals to HDMI.

Resolution Pass-Through Only

The converter passes the input resolution directly to the output without any scaling. Supported HDMI input formats include 1080i/p at 50/60Hz, 720p at 50/60Hz, 576p at 50Hz and 480p at 60Hz. The YPbPr output mirrors these exact formats. Buyers must ensure the source device and the destination display share an identical supported resolution or the adapter will not produce a picture.

Low-Power External Adapter
