HDMI to Dual 3G-SDI Converter

The ESTONE HDMI2SDI accepts a single HDMI 1.3a source and produces two simultaneous SDI streams. It handles 480i through 1080p60 input and auto-selects SD, HD or 3G-SDI output formats. Embedded audio up to eight channels at 24-bit 48 kHz passes through in sync with video. The unit draws power from the included adapter and fits in a compact black enclosure.

Replaces Single-Output Adapters

When a workflow needs the same camera or playback signal on two SDI monitors, recorders or switchers, this converter removes the need for a separate distribution amplifier. The jump is worth it for live production, conference AV or security installations that require dual feeds over 100 m at 3G-SDI or 200 m at HD-SDI without signal degradation. It does not serve applications needing 4K resolution or bidirectional conversion.

Plug-and-Play Installation
