A 10 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable rated for 32.4 Gbit/s HBR3 bandwidth, delivering 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz with HDR, DSC and MST support
This 10 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable connects graphics cards to monitors at up to 32.4 Gbit/s HBR3 bandwidth. It supports 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz with HDR, HDCP 2.2, DSC and Multi-Stream Transport. The male-to-male design suits gamers, creators and multi-monitor setups needing reliable high-resolution links.
Replaces DisplayPort 1.3, 1.2, 1.1a, 1.1 and 1.0 cables that cannot deliver 32.4 Gbit/s or 8K 60 Hz. The jump is worth it when your monitor and GPU both support DisplayPort 1.4 and you need 4K 144 Hz or 2K 240 Hz without compression artefacts. Older cables limit you to 4K 60 Hz or lower refresh rates at high resolutions.
The HBR3 link comfortably handles 8K 7680×4320 at 60 Hz with 10-bit HDR, 5K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz. Triple shielding and tinned copper conductors keep signals stable at 10 ft. Bandwidth runs out above 8K 60 Hz or 4K beyond 144 Hz, so 8K high-refresh or 4K 240 Hz setups need a different interface.

Other versions of this model
It has standard male DisplayPort 1.4 connectors on both ends, each with the typical 20-pin layout and locking latches that fit any full-size DP port on a graphics card or monitor.
Many users forget to push each connector in until the locking tabs click; without that click the pins can lose contact and the display stays black.
The triple-shielded, solid-copper construction is rated for thousands of insertions, so replacement is only needed if the locking tabs break or the cable is sharply kinked.
