8K 48 Gbps bi-directional switch

The ESTONE OZ8AB is a new HDMI 2.1 switcher and splitter in a compact aluminium chassis. It handles one 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz source to two displays, or two sources to one display, with manual button switching. A DC 5 V power adapter is included and required.

Manual switching for two sources or two displays

Suits owners of an Xbox Series X, PS5, or 8K media player who need to toggle between two inputs on a single screen, or send one source to two screens that are never used together. Not for users who want automatic input detection, simultaneous dual-monitor output, or switching without the supplied power brick.

48 Gbps bandwidth ceiling

The single specification that decides fit is the 48 Gbps HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, enabling 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz, and 1080p at 240 Hz with Dynamic HDR, VRR, and full chroma sampling. If your cables or sources exceed this limit, the switch will not pass the signal.

Questions about this item

How deep is the ESTONE OZ8AB switch so I know it fits on my shelf?

Which button do I press to change sources, and what delay should I expect?

Press the easy-click switch button on the unit; manual switching takes 3 to 6 seconds for high-power devices.

Will the supplied power cable need replacing, and what spec should I match?

Use the included DC 5V charger; if it fails, replace it with another 5 V DC supply of equal or higher current rating.
