ESTONE OZC4-1 4K External Capture Card USB 3.0 Video Capturing Device

ESTONE OZC4-1 4K Capture Card

The ESTONE OZC4-1 is an external USB 3.0 video capturing device that accepts HDMI signals up to 4K at 60 fps and records at 1080p 60 fps. It connects consoles, cameras or set-top boxes to a PC or Mac for live streaming, recording or conference use. The aluminium shell provides passive cooling in a compact form factor. Plug-and-play operation works with OBS and similar software without extra drivers.

Streamers needing 1080p60 capture.

This card suits creators who stream or record gameplay at 1080p 60 fps from PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch or DSLR cameras. It also fits conference rooms requiring low-latency HDMI pass-through at 4K 30 fps. Buyers who must record or stream at 4K 60 fps should look elsewhere, because the USB output is limited to 1080p 60 fps. The HDMI loop-out tops out at 4K 30 fps, so high-refresh 4K passthrough is not supported.

USB 3.0 interface with 1080p60 capture ceiling

The single specification that decides fit is the USB 3.0 connection combined with a maximum capture resolution of 1080p at 60 fps despite a 4K 60 fps HDMI input. If your workflow demands 4K 60 fps recording or streaming, this device cannot deliver it. For 1080p 60 fps workflows with ultra-low latency monitoring via the 4K 30 fps loop-out, the OZC4-1 meets the requirement.
