Capture card for streaming and recording

The ESTONE OZC4 is a USB 3.0 video capturing device that accepts HDMI input up to 4K at 60 fps and passes a loop-through signal up to 4K at 30 fps. It targets streamers, gamers and conference users who need a compact, driver-free way to bring a camera or console feed into OBS and similar software on Windows, macOS or Linux.

Input up to 4K 60, USB output at 1080p 60

The device ingests 4K 60 fps video but streams to the host over USB at 1080p 60 fps, so recording and streaming stay smooth while the loop-out preserves the higher-resolution signal for a local display. Bandwidth headroom is sufficient for full HD capture; 4K capture over USB is not supported, so producers needing 4K files must record externally.

Adds 3.5 mm audio I/O to a basic HDMI grabber

Compared with a simple HDMI-to-USB dongle, this unit adds a 3.5 mm microphone input and headphone output for live commentary and monitoring. The upgrade is worth it when you need voice-over on game footage or interview audio without a separate mixer; it does not replace a multi-input production switcher.

Questions about this item

Will the 4K@60fps HDMI input and 1080p@60fps USB output work with my older USB 2.0 port?

The USB 3.0 interface is compatible with USB 2.0 ports; you will still get 1080p at 60 fps streaming through the USB connection.

How can I confirm the HDMI loop-out is passing a clean signal to my monitor?

Connect the HDMI output to your display; you should see gameplay at up to 4K@30fps with no visible lag or frame drops.

Does the box include the 3.5 mm microphone and headphone cables I need for commentary?

The device provides 3.5 mm audio in and out ports; any standard 3.5 mm headset or microphone cable you already own will plug straight in.
