4x2 HDMI Matrix for Multi-Source Setups
The ESTONE OZJ1-1 routes four 4K HDR sources to two independent displays or projectors. Each output can extract audio simultaneously through optical SPDIF and 3.5mm stereo jacks. An IR remote controls source selection for each zone. The unit suits home theatres, conference rooms and digital-signage installations.
HDMI 2.0b Bandwidth and Cable Limits
The switch passes 18.5 Gbps with a TMDS clock up to 600 MHz, supporting 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, 4K at 30 Hz, 2K at 144 Hz and 1080p. HDCP 2.2 and deep colour up to 48-bit are handled. Standard AWG26 HDMI 2.0b cables are rated to 10 metres; longer runs may require active or fibre cables not supplied with this unit.
Rack-Friendly Chassis and EDID Management
The aluminium alloy case measures 5.91 x 2.36 x 0.79 inches and weighs 11.9 ounces, fitting easily on a shelf or in a shallow rack. Front-panel buttons duplicate the IR remote for local switching. Smart EDID management and DIP switches handle most sink combinations, but mismatched display capabilities can still require manual EDID selection to avoid blank screens or audio format errors.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the 4x2 matrix over a simple 4x1 switch?
The 4x2 matrix lets you route any of the four sources to either display independently, so both screens can show different content at the same time.
What does 18.5 Gbps bandwidth mean when I connect a 4K 60 Hz source?
It carries the full 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 signal without compression, supporting 8/10/12/24/32/48-bit deep colour and HDR10.
How does HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.2 limit what I can play?
It caps the link at 18.5 Gbps and 600 MHz TMDS clock, so 4K 60 Hz is the maximum resolution and protected 4K streams require HDCP 2.2 compliance.
