4x2 HDMI Matrix for Multi-Source Setups

The ESTONE OZJ1 routes four HDMI sources to two independent displays at 4K@60Hz with 18.5Gbps bandwidth. HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 compliance ensure protected content plays correctly. Simultaneous optical, 3.5mm and HDMI audio outputs handle LPCM, DTS 5.1 and Dolby Atmos 7.1 on output A. A compact black enclosure measuring 5.91 x 2.36 x 0.79 inches fits discreetly in racks or behind screens.

Suited for Matrix Switching, Not Simple Splitting

This unit serves installers who need independent source selection per display across home theatres, classrooms or digital signage. Buyers who only need one source duplicated to four screens should choose a 1x4 splitter instead. The matrix does not support ultra-wide 3440x1440 resolutions and may exhibit compatibility issues at that timing. Users requiring more than two output zones must add additional distribution hardware.

Plug-and-Play with IR and EDID Control

Front-panel buttons and the included IR remote switch sources instantly without software. EDID management via DIP switches resolves most handshake problems with mixed display types. Use AWG26 HDMI 2.0b cables up to 10m for reliable 4K@60Hz transmission; longer or thinner cables often cause signal dropouts. The power jack sits on the same side as the HDMI ports for tidy cable routing.

Questions about this item

What source devices and displays do I need to connect to the four HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs?

You need up to four HDMI source devices such as a PS4, Blu-ray player or streaming box, plus two HDMI displays or projectors that accept up to 4K at 60 Hz.

Will my older 1080p monitor and 1080p projector work on the two HDMI outputs alongside a 4K screen?

Yes, each output independently handles 1080p, 3D or 4K at 30 Hz or 60 Hz, so legacy 1080p displays can stay connected while a 4K display uses the other output.

How can I confirm the matrix is passing 4K 60 Hz HDR and Dolby Atmos to Output A after setup?

Play 4K 60 Hz HDR test content and verify the display shows 3840x2160 at 60 Hz with HDR active, then check your AV receiver or soundbar reports Dolby Atmos 7.1 on Output A.
