4×2 HDMI Matrix Switch

The Jansicotek OZJ1 connects four HDMI sources to two independent displays and lets each output show a different source. It suits home theatres, offices, classrooms and digital-signage installations where multiple 4K sources share two screens.

Audio extraction and EDID control

Each output provides simultaneous HDMI audio, 3.5 mm stereo analogue and optical SPDIF digital audio so soundbars, headphones or AV receivers can be driven separately. Smart EDID management ensures sources negotiate the correct resolution and audio format without manual intervention.

HDMI 2.0b bandwidth and cable limits

The 18.5 Gbps bandwidth supports 4K at 60 Hz, 2K at 144 Hz and deep colour up to 48 bit, but only when source cables meet the 10 m AWG26 HDMI 2.0b specification. Longer or thinner cables will reduce the maximum resolution or cause signal drop-out.
