2-in-1 HDMI Switch with Audio Extraction
The ESTONE OZV2E switches between two HDMI 2.0b sources and sends the video to one display while extracting audio through optical, coaxial, 3.5 mm and HDMI audio-only ports. It supports 4K at 60 Hz, 18.5 Gbps bandwidth, HDR and HDCP 2.3 for modern consoles, PCs and media players.
Passive Cooling and Low Power Draw
The unit runs without fans, drawing 5 V at 1 A from the included adapter, so it adds no audible noise to a living-room or desktop setup. Its compact 5.75 by 5.08 by 1.5 inch metal enclosure dissipates heat passively during continuous 4K 60 Hz operation.
Upgrades a Single-Input Display or Legacy Audio Gear
It replaces a basic HDMI splitter when you need to keep an older AV receiver or soundbar that lacks 4K passthrough or eARC. The four-position audio-format switch lets you match PCM 2.0, 5.1, 7.1 or bitstream output to the connected equipment. Not suited for installations requiring more than two sources or automatic switching without the IR remote.

Questions about this item
How do I connect the two HDMI sources and the 5 V power supply so the 4K@60Hz signal passes through?
Plug each source into one of the two HDMI 2.0b inputs, run the HDMI output to the display, then connect the included 5 V/1 A adapter to the DC jack before turning anything on.
Which audio outputs will need a new cable if I upgrade from a stereo soundbar to a 7.1 receiver later?
The Toslink SPDIF and coaxial ports only carry up to 5.1 channels; for 7.1 you must use the HDMI audio-only port, which requires an HDMI cable instead of optical or coaxial.
At what bandwidth does the switch stop passing HDR metadata without drop-outs during a long gaming session?
The chipset is rated for 18.5 Gbps, so sustained 4K 60 Hz 10-bit HDR at the full 18.5 Gbps is the ceiling before the link can become unstable.
