This ESTONE PQ004 cable connects two USB-C ports with the USB4 Gen 3x2 standard. It delivers up to 240W of power at 48V/5A and moves data at up to 40Gbps. The 1.6ft braided link suits MacBooks, laptops, monitors, hubs, SSDs and docks.

Passive thermals and bi-directional power

The cable has no active cooling; heat stays low during normal 240W charging and 40Gbps transfers. It carries power in either direction and negotiates PD 3.1, PD 3.0 PPS, PD 2.0, QC 4.0/3.0, AFC, SCP and FCP profiles. No fan noise or extra power draw is introduced.

Thunderbolt 3 and 4 compatibility extends use

Backward compatibility with Thunderbolt 3 and USB 3.2/3.1/3.0 lets the same cable drive an 8K@60Hz display or dual 4K@60Hz screens. It also supports eGPU enclosures and clamshell mode on compatible hosts. Buyers who need longer reach or active signal boosting will need a different cable.
