240 W Extended Power Range with PD 3.1

The single specification that decides fit is the 240 W (48 V / 5 A) EPR rating under USB PD 3.1. It negotiates down to 180 W, 140 W, 100 W, 60 W and lower, so one cable covers every USB-C charger from a phone brick to a 140 W GaN adapter. Without an EPR-capable charger and device the cable still works, but only at the lower negotiated wattage.

Thunderbolt 3 and 4 backwards compatibility
