Two-metre USB-C extension for power users

The ESTONE PQ106 is a 6.6 ft USB-C male-to-female cable sold as a two-pack. It extends the reach of any USB-C device such as a MacBook, iPad, Samsung tablet or PSVR2 headset. The black cables carry data, power and video signals through a single connection. They are designed for users who need extra length without losing functionality.

Sustained 10 Gbps throughput and 100 W delivery

Each cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds up to 10 Gbps, allowing a 5 GB file to move in roughly 5 to 10 seconds even during long transfers. The 100 W (20 V/5 A) charging rating is maintained across the full length, so a compatible phone can reach 80 % charge in about 35 minutes. Video output holds 4K at 60 Hz without degradation over the two-metre run.

Verify host and display capabilities first

Your source device and target monitor must both have USB-C ports that support video output and input respectively; a USB-C Gen 2 cable is required for the video function. The connectors are USB-C only and will not fit USB-A or USB Mini-B ports. Confirm that your charger and device both support 100 W fast charging to achieve the stated power rate.

Questions about this item

Does the 6.6FT length cause any signal loss or heat when running 10Gbps data all day?

The cable is rated for USB 3.2 Gen 2 at 10Gbps across the full 6.6FT length, with no active cooling or signal degradation specified for continuous use.

What must my charger and device already support to reach the 100W charging speed?

Both the power source and the connected device must support 100W (20V/5A) USB Power Delivery; the cable alone does not negotiate higher wattage.

Will 4K 60Hz video work when I plug this extender between my 2018 MacBook Pro and an older USB-C monitor?

4K at 60Hz requires both the MacBook Pro and the monitor to support USB-C video output and input respectively; the extender passes the signal through without conversion.
