Two-computer HDMI 2.1 KVM

The ESTONE SW204N-HD lets two computers or laptops share one monitor and four USB 3.0 peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse, printer or scanner. It supports video up to 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, with backward compatibility for lower resolutions including 4K at 30 Hz, 1080p and 720p. Switching is handled by front-panel push buttons or the included wired desktop controller. No driver installation is required.

Sustained 8K60 and 4K120 operation

The switch maintains full bandwidth for 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz during extended sessions, provided the source graphics cards, monitor and HDMI 2.1 cables all support those modes. USB 3.0 ports run at 5 Gbps continuously, allowing high-speed storage or capture devices to operate without throttling. LED indicators show the active computer at all times. Auto-scan cycles every 3 seconds when enabled.

Check your cables and ports before ordering

Each computer needs an HDMI 2.1 output and a USB 3.0 port to reach the advertised 8K60 or 4K120 performance; older HDMI cables will limit resolution. The monitor must accept the target resolution and refresh rate over HDMI 2.1. Four USB 3.0 peripheral ports are available, so verify that your keyboard, mouse and any high-speed devices use USB-A connectors or have suitable adapters. A power adapter is included and required for operation.
