Three-input HDMI 2.1 switch

The ESTONE TJ-A113 connects three HDMI 2.1 sources to a single display. It accepts consoles, computers or streaming devices and routes one signal at a time to an 8K TV, monitor or projector. An included IR remote lets you change the active input from up to 26 ft away, while a front-panel button provides manual switching. LED indicators show which port is live.

Sustained 48 Gbps throughput

The switch passes the full 48 Gbps bandwidth specified for HDMI 2.1 without compression. Dynamic HDR, variable refresh rate and chroma 4:2:0, 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 are maintained during extended gaming or video sessions. Signal integrity holds at 8K 60 Hz, 4K 120 Hz and 1080p 240 Hz so long as certified Ultra High Speed cables are used on every link.

HDMI 2.1 cable-length ceiling

HDMI 2.1's 48 Gbps rate is highly sensitive to cable quality and length; runs beyond about 3 metres often drop to lower link rates unless active or optical cables are employed. The switch itself adds no equalisation, so the practical limit is set by the weakest cable in the chain. Users needing longer distances must budget for certified active leads rather than passive copper.
