Shares four USB 2.0 peripherals between two computers with a single button press
This KVM switch lets two systems share up to four USB 2.0 peripherals such as a printer, scanner, keyboard, mouse or flash drive. A single button toggles the active computer while LED indicators show which system is currently connected. It is suited for small offices or home desks with multiple PCs or Macs.
The hub provides four USB 2.0 Type-A ports for peripheral connections and a Micro-USB port for optional 5 V auxiliary power when bus power is insufficient for higher-draw devices such as portable hard drives or SSDs. Without the optional adapter the switch relies entirely on bus power, so very power-hungry peripherals may not operate reliably.
No driver installation is required on supported operating systems including Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, Mac OS X, Linux and Chrome OS. The compact box ships with two USB-A-to-USB-A cables and a Micro-USB power cable, so it can be deployed immediately. It is not intended for users who need video switching or more than two connected computers.

Yes, the switch shares up to four USB 2.0 peripherals — such as a printer, scanner, keyboard, mouse or flash drive — between two systems with a single button press.
An LED indicator on the unit lights up to show which of the two connected computers currently has control of the four shared USB ports.
The switch is bus-powered for basic use, but a standard 5 V adapter is required for power-hungry devices such as external hard drives or SSDs and is not included.
