Right-angle USB-C cable for gaming and media

The ESTONE Essager CGL cable carries up to 100 W at 20 V and moves data at 480 Mbps. Its 90 degree L-shaped connector keeps the plug clear of your hand while you play games or watch video. The ten-foot length reaches a wall outlet from a sofa or bedside without pulling tight.

Replaces straight USB-C leads that block your grip

If a straight connector digs into your palm or bends at the port, this right-angle design removes that friction. The upgrade is worth it when you charge while holding the device — phone, tablet or laptop — and need the cable to run parallel to the edge instead of sticking out.

Plug in and route along the device edge

No driver or software is required; both ends are standard USB-C. The only common issue is forcing the L-shaped plug into a recessed port that does not have enough side clearance, so check the port opening before you buy.

Questions about this item

Does the 90° right-angle connector need extra clearance behind my device?

The "L" shape elbow design sits flush against the port, so it needs only the depth of the connector itself — no additional rear clearance is required.

Do I need to align the USB-C plug in a specific orientation when inserting it?

USB-C is reversible; insert either way up. The 90° bend simply routes the cable left or right depending on which face of the port you choose.

Will the gold-finger contacts on the connector wear out and need replacement?

The gold-plated fingers resist oxidation and are rated for thousands of insertions; under normal use the cable itself lasts the life of the device.
