1.75 mm ABS+ spool for functional parts

This silver eSUN ABS+ filament comes on a 1 kg spool with a 1.75 mm diameter and a dimensional tolerance of ±0.05 mm. The material is an upgraded ABS blend that reduces cracking and warping on large prints while delivering high strength, toughness, impact resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance. It suits makers and engineers producing industrial machinery parts, model machinery, electronic enclosures and instrumentation.

Check nozzle temperature

Your printer must reach a nozzle temperature between 230 °C and 270 °C, with 240 °C recommended. A heated build surface is required; the manufacturer suggests high-temperature tape or PVP solid glue for adhesion. Verify that your extruder can handle 1.75 mm filament and that the spool dimensions fit your holder.

Vacuum-sealed spool feeds cleanly into most FDM

The 1 kg reel is vacuum sealed with desiccant, keeping the filament dry and dust-free until opened. Total length is 410–425 m with tight winding that prevents tangles and overlapping. It feeds smoothly without clogging and works with common FDM machines such as Bambu Lab P1P and X1, Voron 2.4, Raise3D, Prusa and Creality Ender 3 and Ender 7.
