eSUN ABS+ is an enhanced ABS filament that reduces cracking and warping on large prints while delivering high strength, toughness, impact resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance. The red 1.75 mm filament suits makers producing industrial machinery parts, model machinery, electronic appliances and instrumentation. A full 1 kg spool provides 410 to 425 metres of material.

Dimensional tolerance ±0.05 mm for stable extrusion

Manufacturing tolerance is held to ±0.05 mm with perfect roundness and tight winding that prevents overlap or tangles. The filament melts evenly and feeds smoothly without clogging the nozzle or extruder. Vacuum-sealed packaging with a desiccant bag keeps the spool dry and dust-free until opened. Recommended printing temperature is 230 to 270 °C with 240 °C suggested.

Works with common FDM printers using heated beds

Compatible with most FDM 3D printers including Bambu Lab P1P and X1, Voron 2.4, Raise3D, Prusa, Creality Ender 3 and Ender 7. A heated build platform with high-temperature tape or PVP solid glue is recommended for adhesion. Not suited for printers limited to lower extrusion temperatures or those without a heated bed.
