Bulk PLA+ bundle for print farms

This eSUN PLA+ bundle delivers ten 1 kg spools of Bone White filament for high-volume FDM printing. Each spool holds 340 to 350 metres of 1.75 mm material wound to a tight ±0.03 mm tolerance. The vacuum-sealed packaging with desiccant keeps the filament dry and dust-free until use. It is aimed at print farms and makers running continuous batch jobs.

Upgrade from standard PLA when strength matters

PLA+ raises tensile strength and toughness over ordinary PLA while keeping low shrinkage and minimal warping. The improvement is worth it when functional parts must resist snapping or when dimensional accuracy at ±0.03 mm reduces failed prints. Recommended settings are 210 to 230 °C nozzle temperature, 45 to 60 °C bed temperature and 40 to 100 mm/s print speed with 100 % fan.

Suited for high-speed farms.

The filament is validated on Bambu Lab X1, X1C, P1P, A1, A1 Mini, K1, K1 Max and AnkerMake M5 printers for reliable high-speed output. Buyers who need heat resistance above 60 °C bed temperatures or flexible, engineering-grade materials should look at other polymer families. The Bone White colour is fixed across all ten spools.
