A 300 W redundant server supply with a 20+4 pin connector for 1U hot-swap bays
The ETASIS Electronics EFRP-300 delivers 300 watts of power in a hot-swap redundant design for 1U server chassis. It uses a 20+4-pin connector to support compatible server motherboards. This new unit targets system integrators and IT teams who need fail-safe power for rack-mounted equipment. It is not suited for desktop PCs or builds that require standard ATX dimensions.
Redundant modules allow a failed unit to be replaced without shutting down the server, maintaining uptime in critical environments. The 1U form factor fits dense rack deployments where airflow is managed by the chassis. Power draw scales with the connected load up to the rated 300 W maximum. Acoustic output varies with the server fan profile rather than an independent PSU fan curve.

Slide the hot-swap unit into the server bay until the latch clicks, then press the 20+4-pin plug firmly onto the motherboard header so both halves seat together; the step often missed is aligning the 4-pin section before forcing the 20-pin portion.
The internal fan is the only moving part; plan to clean dust from its intake vents every few months and replace the entire 300W module if the fan fails or output drifts.
