Business card paper specs

This paper stock is supplied as blank white cards measuring 30 mil thick and compliant with ISO CR-80 dimensions. Each pack contains 100 cards and the box delivers five packs for a total of 500 cards. The dust-free sealed packaging protects the surface before printing.

Printers and users it suits

The cards are qualified for use with Evolis Tattoo 2, Pebble 4, Dualys 3 and Securion printers. Organisations issuing staff badges, membership cards or visitor passes on those devices will get consistent results. Buyers running other card printers or needing magnetic stripe or smart-chip encoding should verify compatibility first.

Thickness decides fit

At 30 mil the cards match the standard CR-80 thickness expected by the listed Evolis models. Thinner or thicker stock may not feed correctly or could damage the print head on these machines.

Questions about this item

What card thickness setting should I select for the 30 mil Evolis C4001 cards?

Choose the 30 mil thickness setting in your printer driver so the print head gap and heat match the PVC core.

How do I load the 500 cards from the sealed packs into my printer?

Open one 100-card pack at a time, fan the stack to separate the dust-free cards, then load them into the hopper with the printable side facing the correct direction for your model.

When should I replace a pack of Evolis C4001 cards?

Replace a pack when cards show surface scratches, dust contamination, or bent edges that cause misfeeds or print defects on your Tattoo 2, Pebble 4, Dualys 3 or Securion printer.
