Industrial steel tape dispenser

The Excell EX-17 is a heavy-duty desktop tape dispenser built from industrial-grade steel with a rust-proof serrated blade. It handles tape up to 3 mils thick and includes a safety guard that slides back for cutting. The suction cup base keeps the unit stable during use.

Core size and roll limits

This model accepts 3-inch diameter core tape with a maximum outside roll diameter of 5 inches. It works with office tapes such as Permacel J-LAR and JVCC CELLO-1, film carton sealing tapes like Shurtape HP-500 and JVCC OPP-20C, and paper console tapes such as JVCC ART-11. Full-length cloth tapes including gaffers and spike tape exceed the diameter limit and will not fit.

Two-inch width configuration

The 2-inch version ships with two 1-inch rollers, allowing one 2-inch roll or two separate 1-inch rolls to be used simultaneously. Buyers who need to dispense wider 3-inch rolls or require three 1-inch rollers should select the larger model. Users wanting a lighter plastic dispenser or a handheld design should look elsewhere.
