What this organiser is

This expanding file folder contains 24 pockets and holds approximately 3000 sheets of letter-size paper. It is made from lightweight polypropylene and measures 11 by 8.5 by 1 inches when compressed to its minimum 1.5 inch thickness. The folder is designed for portable document transport rather than standing desktop use.

What the extras provide

A sheet of colourful sticky labels is included so you can mark each of the 24 pockets for quick identification. The rainbow-coloured dividers give six distinct colour zones that help separate documents by category or month. An elastic closure cord keeps the cover secure while moving between locations.

Who this suits and who it does not

The compact design fits inside a standard file cabinet and works well for professionals or students who carry letter-size papers between offices, classrooms or client meetings. Buyers who need A4 compatibility should look elsewhere because the pockets are sized for 8.5 by 11 inch sheets only. People who want a rigid box that stands upright on a desk will not be served by this flexible wallet-style folder.

Questions about this item

How many pockets will eventually need replacing?

The folder has 24 pockets made from polypropylene; individual pockets cannot be replaced, so the entire unit would be replaced if pockets tear.

What capacity limit appears first during heavy daily filing?

The 3000-sheet total capacity across 24 pockets is the first limit reached before the elastic cord or cover shows strain.

How much heat builds up when the folder stays in a cabinet all day?

Polypropylene construction does not generate heat; the folder remains at ambient temperature during continuous storage use.
